Elizabeth Jeanes MBA-HM, BSN, RN, NPD-BC is a healthcare leader with more than two decades of experience spanning nursing, leadership development, and organizational strategy. Her career bridges the bedside and the boardroom, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to support both caregivers and executives.
Elizabeth is passionate about building strong organizational cultures where people feel connected, valued, and empowered to do their best work. She has guided teams through change, designed initiatives that strengthen engagement, and helped organizations create workplaces that foster trust, belonging, and purpose.
Her background in nursing, education, and leadership gives her a holistic view of healthcare — one that blends clinical insight with a deep understanding of people and systems.
